Gents toilets present their own problems when it comes to maintenance. Urinals are problematic in their own right. They tend to be the main source of odours in the gents' toilets. Air Fresheners using Natural essential oils are perfect for adding a pleasant aroma, whereas the Oxizone Air Steriliser is essential for the washroom that suffers from persistent odours.
Proper water control should be in force to reduce wasted water, but at the same time ensuring there is enough water flowing to keep the urinals fresh. A water economiser is therefore essential. It uses a PIR sensor to open a valve when someone is using the bathrooms, regulating the water flow so it is not running all day and all night, but still provides water flow when needed and at prescribed intervals to comply with the by-laws.
